The Genesis Walk Test Instrument is a Transceiver that has the ability to receive signals directly from the PIR detectors or via the Masthead. It can also transmit to simulate a PIR in order to check proposed PIR positions before installation begins.
An LCD shows PIR information such as ID number, Lens type, Pulse count setting, signal strength and battery condition. In addition, the display can also show an alpha numeric name for each PIR as well as the ID number which makes identification easier.
