OVERVIEW
The DX360 control unit is used in conjunction with GX360 detectors and provides the 12 volts DC to operate them as well as controlling the ON time and handling the power switching.
The detectors are wired to the DX360 using low voltage 4 core alarm cable. Lighting over- ride can also be wired to the DX360 using low voltage cable to a low voltage switch. The lighting is switched with a special 12 amp relay designed to handle high inrush loads such as inductive lighting. Typically fluorescent lamps. There are two levels of detection, primarily PIR and secondary SOUND. To activate the lighting will require a PIR detection and there after the lighting can be maintained in the ON condition with either SOUND detection or PIR detection. You cannot initiate the lighting with just sound detection.Ideal for Offices, Warehouses, Changing rooms and much more.
